From the Southwest Florida International Airport you will be on Chamberlin Parkway. Continue on Chamberlin 3.3 miles. As you pass under I-75 overpass, Chamberlin Parkway becomes Daniel's Parkway. Continue on Daniel's Parkway, cross over US Hwy 41. Daniel's Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over US Hwy 41. Proceed on Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway ($3 bridge toll). Cross over the Sanibel Causeway and continue straight at the four-way stop to the next stop sign. This is East Gulf Drive. Turn left on East Gulf Drive and proceed one mile. The Seaside Inn is located on the right.
Take I-95 North to I-75 (Alligator Alley) North to Exit 21 - Daniel's Parkway. Off Exit 21, turn left onto Daniel's Parkway. Continue on Daniel's Parkway, cross over US Hwy 41. Daniel's Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over US Hwy 41. Proceed on Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway ($3 bridge toll). Cross over the Sanibel Causeway and continue straight at the 4-way stop to the next stop sign.
