Special cancellations policies apply as follows. The dates of December 1 to 25, 2005 you must cancel 31 days prior to 3PM MST. There is a 50.00 USD cancel fee regardless and any remaining balance will be refunded. If cancelled 30 days or less will result in full amount forfeited. If you make a reservation within the 30 day period, you must cancel 48 hours prior to 3PM MST to avoid 1 night plus tax charged. December 26 to January 1 must cancel 61 days prior to 3PM MST to avoid full amount of stay forfeited. There is a 50.00 USD cancel fee regardless of time cancelled. January 2 to April 16 must cancel 31 days prior to 3PM MST. A 50.00 USD cancel fee regardless of time cancelled, and if past cancel policy full amount of stay forfeited. If reservation is made within the 30 day policy, you must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1 night plus tax charge. April 17 to November 30 must cancel 48 hours prior to 3PM MST to avoid one night stay plus tax cancel fee. See deposit policy for all cancel policies.
